Study On Agriculture Information Service Patterns Of Three Regions In The Southern Xinjiang

In the south of Xinjiang,hetian,kashi area and Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecturewhich are mountains in the crevice and in the desert are the3oasis island.They are far awayfrom developed regions and market,a lot of poor people,the natural conditions are very bad,low level of economic and social development.So the regions are restricted seriously in thenatural resources,transportation and other aspects.Minority people highly concentrated,located in remote,the three regions have the characteristics of information block,lowinformation literacy of the member, insufficient innovation ability, which cause theinformatization construction there is still in the initial stage of development,the level ofagricultural information service is still low.There is a large gap compared with the domesticdeveloped regions and Northern Xinjiang.This paper studies intensively the pattern of agricultural information service in thehetian,kashi area and Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture according to their regionalcharacteristics of agricultural information service and restricting factors.This paper adopts thefollowing research methods：①L iterature method：Reading through the literature aboutagricultural information service at home and abroad to,widely collect research literature,constantly tracking new information,new trends,studing comprehensively and systematiclythe issues related to information services in the minority regions and analysing thedevelopment of the pattern of agricultural information service in China.②I nterviews：Interviewing with relevant personnel (including the personnel who are familiar with thecharacteristics of agricultural information service pattern,the personnel in agricultural Bureauand farmers) to understand and determine the scope of the questionnaire and survey content,as well as enrich and supplement the contents of investigation.③The questionnaire surveymethod：Selecting agricultural workers from different level,such as the village agriculturalextension workers,farmers and herdsmen to investigate and obtain detailed data from farmersin the information needs and information acquisition and information service etc.④Analysisreasoning method：Making full use of network "Questionnaire star" tool to analyze thequestionnaire data.This paper investigate comprehensively the current situation of agricultural informationdemand,the effective channels in information service,the pattern of agricultural informationservices system,considering the typical characteristics of western region and nationalcharacteristics,based on these,it is confirmed that the best channel of agricultural informationservice is opinion leader communication and network communication in the three regions.And focusing on the main restricting factors existing in information preferences of westernminority farmer audience and the development of agricultural informatization construction,We learn from the successful experience and theory of domestic and foreign agriculturalinformation service pattern,suit one’s measures to local conditions to build a variety ofagricultural information services pattern in three regions from the organizational level andtechnology level,Giving full play to the special function of interpersonal communication,theeffectiveness of mass communication and special function of mobile phone network toconstruct a variety of practical agricultural information service pattern and give play to therole in a security system,trying best to solve the obstacles to the development of agriculturalinformation service in three regions in the south of Xinjiang fundamentally and providing thebasis for realizing the great-leap-forward development.
