Research On The Interactive And Coordinated Development Of Urbanization And Industrial Structure In Three Regions Of Southern Xinjiang

For a long time, thanks to the emphasis from both the national and local government, thefast development of urbanization of Xinjiang plays an important pulling effect on the growthof total regional economy, the development of new industry and the upgrade of industrialstructure. At the same time, the adjustment and optimization of the regional industrialstructure greatly promote the transition of urban functional structure, the optimization ofurban spatial structure and the acceleration of urbanization. The interactive trend between theupgrade of industrial structure and urbanization has appeared.The central conference about Xinjiang has made a comprehensive deploy in promotingleap-forward development and long-term stability of Xinjiang.“12th Five-year Plan ofXinjiang” points out to develop a sustainable type of urbanization, with the newindustrialization as the driving force, the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandryas the basis, the innovation of system as the forerunner. At present, the imbalance indevelopment between the northern and southern part of Xinjiang still exist. In the southernpart of Xinjiang, the binary structure of urban and rural increasingly emerge, the optimizationof industrial structure is urgently to be needed. Therefore, in the new historical starting point,the research on interactive and coordinated development of urbanization and industrialstructure in three regions of southern Xinjiang is of great significance.The interactive and coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure inthree regions of southern Xinjiang, which is a typical underdeveloped area where minoritypeople populate, directly affect the process and level of urbanization and also affect industrialstructure in Xinjiang. It will also influence the social and economic development andharmonious stability in Xinjiang. Thus, it is necessary to explore a way of coordinatingdevelopment. In order to provide theoretical basis to realize coordinating development ofurbanization and industrial structure, the theories of urbanization and industrial structure isused, dynamic analysis about the interactive development of urbanization and industrialstructure is made and the method for coordinating development is discussed in this paper.This article is divided into five parts: the first chapter is introduction, mainly introducingthe background of the thesis, the significance of the research, the research objectives andcontent, ideas and methods; the second chapter is theoretical analysis, introducing theinteractive development, regional type, development mode and mechanism theory about urbanization and industrial structure; the third chapter is status of the development ofurbanization and industrial structure in three regions of southern Xinjiang, firstly discussingthe general development of economy, then studying the history and the problems of thedevelopment; the forth chapter is quantitative analysis about interactive and coordinateddevelopment in three regions of southern Xinjiang; the fifth chapter is the ideas andcountermeasures putting forward to advancing the coordinated development of urbanizationand industrial structure on the basis of previous analysis.
