So to the reasonable utilization of resources under the perspective of large unit adjustment of industrial structure optimization research on economic great-leap-forward development and sustainable development is particularly important.Defined in this paper, first of all resources, resources economics theory as the guidance, choose suitable methods of utilization efficiency of resources survey and has carried on the empirical analysis, in order to make clear the present situation of Xinjiang production and construction corps resource utilization;Second to the Xinjiang production and construction corps made an evaluation of the rationalization of industrial structure, to reveal the corps level of rationalization of industrial structure; Again using the coordination degree model, industrial structure of Xinjiang production and construction corps resource utilization and coordination between the relationship between the measurement, the coordination degree between the two, found that under resource utilization perspective corps of industrial structure adjustment problems and restricting factors; Finally on the basis of the study, is clear about the direction of the industrial structure adjustment and the Xinjiang production and construction corps, content, and put forward the concrete measures of industrial structure adjustment.This article through studies about several conclusions:First, resource-rich Xinjiang production and construction corps,2001-2010, the resources use efficiency are also gradually improve, but more less than the national average level; Second, since2000, the corps of the gradual adjustment of industrial structure optimization, largely in line with the industrial structure evolution law of industrial structure rationalization degree has also improved, but still not very high, need to adjust optimization; Thirdly,2000-2010, corps of resource utilization and industrial structure coordination degree is higher and higher, but the coordination degree evaluation value is still low at present, coordination state is in a state of primary coordination, there is a certain distance away from the good coordination; Fourth, Resource utilization perspective corps of the industrial structure adjustment is the lack of scientific planning, industiral development are relyingon resources excessively, the industiralization level is not high.
