Research On The Hoisting Machinery Enterprise Cluster In Changyuan County Of Henan Province

With the acceleration of economic globalization and market economy,as an importantphenomenon in the economic development of enterprise cluster,its formation and development hasa significant role on regional economy,it has been the new carrier for improvingeconomy.enterprise cluster can not only protect economic activities of each company in thecluster to maximize efficiency,but also can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,so asto drive the development of regional economy.Henan province Changyuan County Hoisting Machinery industrial Park since its establishmentin2003,has become the country’s largest hoisting machinery production base,the developmentpotential is huge,and role in promoting the economic development of Changyuan County is moreobvious.therefore,this paper aims to determine the Henan province Changyuan County hoistingmachinery enterprise cluster development is development to what extent,have what effect,stillexist what problem, how to fast and stable development is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,we put the effect of enterprise cluster in Henan province Changyuan Countyhoisting machinery enterprise cluster as the research objects,profits from the domestic and foreignexperiences on development of enterprise cluster,and want to conduct an in-depth and detailedcase study.On the basis of combining literature at home and abroad,we define the enterprisecluster and the industrial cluster,the effect of enterprise cluster and the benefit of enterprisecluster.On that basis,we briefly described the basic theory used in this paper,which made thetheoretical basis for the following.Then enter the empirical part of this thesis.For the first,weanalyse the current situation of Henan province Changyuan County hoisting machineryenterprise cluster development from the development process and the enterprise cluster ofenterprise cluster, the development of the cause.Then,through the establishment of enterprisecluster effect evaluation index system, evaluation scale, using the analytic hierarchy process to theHenan province Changyuan County hoisting machinery enterprise cluster economic effect, socialeffect and innovation effect, come to Henan province Changyuan County comprehensive effect ofhoisting machinery enterprise cluster in a steady rise in the state. So come to Henan provinceChangyuan county development mode of hoisting machinery enterprises cluster is the correctmode of county economy development in Changyuan. On this basis, we find out the Henanprovince Changyuan County hoisting machinery enterprise cluster has the outstandingproblems existing in the enterprise level, cluster level and the government level, and from threeaspects of the corresponding, we put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to improvethe Henan province Changyuan County hoisting machinery enterprise cluster’s furtherdevelopment.Through the analysis, we draw the following conclusions:(1)the Henan province Changyuan County hoisting machinery enterprise cluster has been taking shape.(2)the effect of Henanprovince Changyuan County hoisting machinery enterprise clusters is emerging, but it still doesnot play the greatest effect.(3)there are many problems in Henan province Changyuan Countyhoisting machinery enterprise cluster development process, such as financingproblems,management level backward, weak innovation ability, human resource management；lacking competition and cooperation mechanism effectively in the enterprise cluster, the low levelof industrial development,industrial chain is not perfect,the cluster brand construction is slow；transformation of government functions is slow and the local government lack scientificunderstanding and long-term behavior to enterprise cluster.(4)in view of the above problems, weshould put forward to enterprise management, pay attention to human resourcesmanagement,enhance the capability of independent innovation enterprises；the good enterprisecompetition and cooperation mechanism should be build, the industrial chain of enterprise clustershould to be improved, the brand construction of enterprise cluster should to be accelerated,theintermediary service system ought to be perfected； the government function should betransfored,the industrial policy should be enhanced to promote the development of enterprisecluster and improve management system of hoisting machinery industrial park.
