Followed the international competition pressure increasing, the policy has been set up for the tobacco industry to be highly-standardized in China. So the main task is that precision marketing should be employed to develop key cigarette brands. Now, the tobacco market is changing so quickly that the original low-efficient marketing strategies must be changed, and precision marketing must be used. This is very necessary and urgent.The main research methods of the author are market research analysis, literature research and marketing case analysis. Through a large number of cigarette market research, extensive reading and analysis of relevant literature, the author grasp the present situation of domestic cigarette marketing, found out the influence factors of cigarette marketing, the measures and ways to enhance the marketing effects.On the basis of the above, the paper puts forward key cigarette brands precision marketing system. The system includes the market positioning, the main strategies and safeguard measures. The key cigarette brands are the main power to promote tobacco industry development, and the market positioning is the monopoly, the market leader and the development leader. The main strategies including brand precision positioning, customer precision classification, market precision assessment and precision delivery, they are the key steps of precision marketing. Safeguard measures include information database construction, customer relationship management and optimization, performance precision evaluation system, they can support the cigarette brands precision marketing to be implemented smoothly. At the same time, the specific marketing case analysis clearly shows that promote cigarette precision marketing is not only possible, but also feasible.The cigarette brands precision marketing system, is the specific application of precision marketing theory, and the complete system can be operated easily. Using the precision marketing method, the tobacco commercial enterprises can concentrate all resources, carry out cigarette brands marketing with more efficient and low costs, change the situation of cigarette marketing relatively extensive in the past. The paper has a certain guiding significance for the tobacco enterprises to make the domestic cigarette brands bigger and stronger.
