With the carrying out of "cigarette quality" strategy in tobacco industry,"big enterprise, big brand, big market" pattern has been already formed, making cigarette marketing network construction become effective methods to cultivate brand and deal with challenges, and to improve core competitiveness of R City Tobacco Company.This research is based on network theory, marketing network theory with "market demand"-oriented and marketing optimization, which is an overall frame. In the optimization, it is proposed to make plans for cigarette marketing network construction while apply and upgrade customer relationship system, build modern terminal, deepen service marketing, advance informationization, build famous brands, enhance the quality of market group, strengthen coordination marketing, optimize cigarette marketing network quality, update network operation from management to service and comprehensively enhance the level of modern marketing. In the maintenance, it is proposed to implement every measure covering from improving marketing capability and retailer profit and enhancing service system so as to build up a modern cigarette retailing network with correct path of development and coordinative working attitude and timely service and profitable unity.Using the method of SWOT analysis and market research,this article aims to analyze various advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats closely relating to R City Tobacco Company network construction, proposed cigarette marketing network construction optimization methods and measures, highlight "Trinity"-marketing network construction mode including cigarette industrial enterprise, tobacco companies and the cigarette retailers cigarette, expand the whole value chain,enrich the theory of cigarette marketing network construction which promote soft strength of R City Tobacco Company cigarette marketing network.
