This research is focused on better understanding how to optimize marketing network of Y Tobacco Company(YTC)when the economy and society have changed significantly. In order to adapt to the external environment changes to break their own development problems, the tobacco industry put forward "level of cigarettes" strategic objectives,which enhance the core competition ability, to achieve healthy, coordinated and sustainable development.In particular, using YTC as a case, this paper explores the question of how tooptimize marketing network. started by introducing the background of YTC.Building upon this background, elaborates in detail the presentmarketing network. According to the construction of the value network to follow the target collaboration, cooperation and competition, continuous improvement, innovation driven principle,thispaper explains several key elements of the design improve the cigarette marketing network in Y City,such as creation of the brand marketing services, improve the e-commerce platform and data management, construction function of retail terminal etc.The main research funding of this paper is to break from the perspective of supply chain research of cigarette marketing network of the traditional ideas. It proposes the cigarette commercial enterprises should lead the other members of the joint cigarette products supply chain in industrial enterprises, cigarette retail customers, to strategic cooperative way to build consumer oriented marketing network. Focus on consumer value as the core target,this paper summarises such as consumer participation in product development, construction of online and offline interactive marketing model, improve the consumer database, the value of the retail customer segmentation,explore the construction of self shop etc.on optimization of marketing network of(YTC).
