Research On Distribution Logistics Network Planing And Optimization Of Yichun’s Tobacco Company

Tobacco industry occupies the important position in national economydevelopment in our country. With China’s accession to the world trade organization,we need to release the control of tobacco monopoly industry, it is also the need of thedevelopment of market economy in our country. China’s tobacco industry is facing ahuge competition from foreign tobacco, and the tobacco system is not perfect in China,which is largely affected and restricted the rapid development of China’s tocbacoindustry. In order to deal with these problems, we have to strengthen the tobacco saleslogistics management, consummate the tobacco distribution logistics network systemand improve the level of tobacco logistics service, so we can timely and accuratedistribute tobacco products to tobacco retailers. Then we can change traditionalcirculation to the modern logistics in Tobacco industry.In this paper, through the study on the development of tobacco sales logisticsabout our country, it finds that our major task is to structure and consummate thenetwork of tobacco sales logistics system. Tobacco distribution logistics networksystem mainly includes three parts: the design of the network structure, site selectionof logistics center and the selection and optimization of network way.Then, we havea research on the tobacco market and tobacco sales logistics network of Yichun city,finding that the existing tobacco sales logistics network has limted the development ofthe tobacco industry, it shows a lot of problems, such as the high cost of transportation,incorrect address of logistics center and so on.According to the cigarette demand growth of each region of Yichun city, itforecast the cigarette demand of each region in2020, combined with the geographicaldistribution of various areas and consider the actual situation that they are purchasingtobacco from Nanchang city, it constructed a three-level network structure of tobaccosales logistics through building an minimum cost model of tobacco sales logisticsnetwork By iterative programming and using matlab software it get the optimal solution that build logistics centres in the Yuanzhou and Gao’an, compared with theexisting logistics network it can save costs4.55million RMB. Even for integration ofresources, coordination management and unified scheduling, the solution is to set thelogistics center in Gao’an, which can save2.38million RMB compared with setinglogistics center in Yuanzhou. At last, It use the save mileage method and has aoptimization research on tobacco distribution route arrangement and proper arrangethe cigarette distribution route.
