Final we put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problem by referencing the agricultural policy of the United States, Japan, India, Thailand and so on. In order to intensify the policy support for agricultural industrialization in Guangxi, toward the agricultural development bank of china, we strengthen our service function, We should support the development of the leading enterprises, especially which belongs to the advantage of industry by improving our financial services. The relevant laws and regulations of the policy banks should set up perfectly,And the local governments should create the investment fund of the agricultural industrialization, at the same time the long-term support mechanism for the agricultural development bank of china should be established by combining the fiscal and monetary measures with the incentive measures.
