Research On The Development Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises In Yunfu

Our country's emphasis on the development of rural economy probably began in the1980 s,and then put forward the household contract responsibility system,rural cooperative economy,and agricultural industrialization.Agriculture in our country has undergone tremendous changes.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in1978,the state proposed reform and opening up,and constantly explored new ways of rural economic development,formally put forward the concept of "agricultural industrialization" in 1993.In the process of agricultural industrialization,some agricultural enterprises have developed rapidly relying on the characteristic industries,with the help of the development mode that accords with the actual situation of the enterprises and the national conditions at that time.In the production and operation,they have continuously combined various links of agricultural industry to promote the integration of industry,agriculture and trade,and gradually emerged and developed in the process of industrialization.Like a leader,it is what we now call a leading agricultural enterprise that drives the industrial chain and the rural economy.Since the reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly.In this wave of economic development,the number of leading agricultural enterprises is increasing,and the development speed is faster and faster.It plays a decisive role in local social,economic,livelihood development and agricultural scientific and technological progress.However,on the one hand,because enterprises are pursuing the maximization of benefits,and agriculture is an industry with a long return cycle,enterprises often only pay attention to their own short-term interests,lack of strategic considerations,do not form economies of scale autonomy,risk resistance is still weak.On the other hand,because the operation of enterprises is mainly regulated by the "invisible hand" of the market,in this process,the government lacks effective mechanism and guidance,and there is still disorderly competition among leading agricultural enterprises,lacking of a unified development plan.This paper comprehensively uses the theories of comparative analysis,case analysis,organization and management to analyze the overall development of local leading agricultural enterprises and find out the existing problems.Through the research on the development process and mode of agricultural leading enterprises,we can find out thefactors that have great influence on agricultural leading enterprises,which can provide some reference and suggestions for local governments,help them formulate relevant policies,and optimize the development of local agricultural industrialization more scientifically,pertinently and effectively.In this paper,the development process and mode of Guangdong Wen's Food Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Wen's Share")are studied by case study,and the interaction between agricultural leading enterprises and rural social and economic development after they take root in the local area is discussed.Through on-the-spot investigation and family interviews,in-depth interviews and questionnaires,this paper understands the development of rural social economy,and analyses the impact of leading agricultural enterprises on rural social economy from many aspects,so as to learn from the historical experience of "Wen's Share" and find the most suitable way for the development model of agricultural industrialization in Yunfu District.And better solve the "three rural issues" and better build a new socialist countryside.
