In recent years, The Performance appraisal system is a core link in human resource management work in modern enterprise; it plays an important part in enterprise management work.Although, production line workers belong to a basic level in enterprise, they have a necessary and important function during enterprise existence and in development time, especially during labour concentrated enterprise, when enterprise has lack of production line workers.If production cannot catch up, profit will decrease, it could even make the company bankrupt.The rationalised production line workers performance appraisal system can highly improve the production line workers enthusiasm and initiative, stabilizing the staff group and further carrying out the enterprise production’s aim and general strategy.This article’s research about subcontract PY company,through analyze and research production line workers performance appraisal system,the purpose is to redesign production line workers performance appraisal system,improving their work efficiency and performance level,at the same time it could provide an idea and method for this company’s other departments and other companies performance appraisal.This article consists of six components. The first component is introduction, posing research background and questions, elaborating domestic and foreign research status, explaining research purpose and meaning, posing article researching general thinking and method. The second component is related theory knowledge about performance appraisal, it could provide theory proof and support.The third component through the questionnaire and the interviewing of the person,on the basis of deeply researched present production line workers performance appraisal system,by pointing out any survival problems and any inadequacies detected by detailed analysis of reasons.The fourth component is using modern performance appraisal system related theory, combing FY company actual situation and redesigning production line workers performance appraisal system.The fifth component poses efficiently carrying out guarantee measures which is new performance appraisal system need,summarizing article researching conclusion. The sixth component is conclusion about this article research and points out the problems to be further studied.
