Research On Performance Appraisal System Of First Line Production Staff In Jing Rong Garment Manufacturing Company

Performance appraisal is the core link of modern enterprises in human resources management,and is also an important part of enterprise management.First line production staff,although they belong to the grass-roots units of all kinds of personnel,play an indispensable role in the survival and development of enterprises,especially in labor intensive enterprises.The scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system of the front-line production staff can greatly improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the first line production staff,stabilize the staff's team,and then realize the production goals and overall strategic objectives of the enterprise.Taking the production staff of the Jing Rong garment company as the research object,this paper analyzes the work characteristics and the performance connotation of the front-line production staff.Based on the performance appraisal theory,this paper analyzes the status and problems of the performance appraisal system of the front-line production staff by using the questionnaire survey method,and uses the KPI and AHP to test the performance test of the line production staff of the Jing Rong garment company.The nuclear system has been redesigned and perfected.First,it is based on KPI to determine the performance evaluation index of the front-line production staff;secondly,based on AHP to determine the weight of the performance evaluation index of the front-line production staff;then,determine the relevant contents of the performance assessment index standard,the examination subject,the assessment cycle and the evaluation grade of the front-line production staff;finally,according to the performance assessment implementation process.Guarantee measures for performance evaluation system of front-line production staff are put forward.
