Performance appraisal is always good tool to improve the productivity of company, Cheap labor market has been past with the development of China. Every company will face the problem how to overcome the difficult of find line worker and how to solve the problem of cost up of line labor. The good solution for the problem is improving the performance of company to reduce line worker. This thesis through introduce the performance management of company R try to fine solution for the issue. Company R started performance management after the company setup five years. The performance has been improved greatly, At the same time the cost also been down. Finally, the line workers salary increase and the line worker team became stable, which lay solid foundations for the company developing. I wish this thesis can give a sample for the company that face same problem.The thesis is consist seven chapters, 1st chapter introduce the study background and purpose. And concentrate on the importance and real meaning of performance management. 2nd chapter is the reference description by introducing the performance management theories. 3rd chapter is the theoretical analysis, introducing basis theoretical about the study of this thesis. 4th chapter describe the present situation of R company performance management. 5th chapter is the study of R Company's performance problem, and existing issue Analysis. 6th chapter is regarding the solution of how to improve the performance management of R Company. 7th chapter concludes this study on R company performance management improvement and some area the further studies in the further.
