Performance appraisal is always good tool to improve the productivity of company, Cheap labor market has been past with the development of China. Every company will face the problem how to overcome the difficult of find line worker and how to solve the problem of cost up of line labor. The good solution for the problem is improving the performance of company to reduce line worker. This thesis through introduce the performance management of company R try to fine solution for the issue. Company R started performance management after the company setup five years. The performance has been improved greatly, At the same time the cost also been down. Finally, the line workers salary increase and the line worker team became stable, which lay solid foundations for the company developing.
