With the development of China's economy,the cheap labor market has been out of stage,the enterprises will face the problem of the first line production workers and the rising of labor.Improving production efficiency and reducing the employment of front-line workers is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.Based on the carefully studying the theory of performance evaluation and management by objective(MBO),supplemented by scale evaluation method and key performance index,evaluation criterion,this paper has researched the Fuguo leather industry(Fuxin)process performance assessment of production personnel Co.ltd..The study finds that there are four problems in the performance appraisal of this enterprise:1.The content of the examination is extensive;the examination method of the 2.Evaluation methods are not accurate enough;3.Current assessment method is not fully organized.4.The process of evaluation is simple and random.5.Performance assessment still remains on the stage of basic hour-paid wage.The reasons are:1.The leadership does not attach great importance;2.The performance evaluation of the role of understanding is not deep and thorough;3.The current assessment methods and indicators are designed unscientifically;4.The assessment process is not open.In view of the above problems,the author established Fuguo leather industry(Fuxin)production line staff performance appraisal system of limited company,establish evaluation organization,evaluation content,evaluation criteria and classification of leather production evaluation index,expounds the process of the performance appraisal system of production line design;finally the object management method mainly completed the design of performance appraisal system.It will greatly improve production efficiency and reduce producing costs.And ultimately improve the remuneration of employees,stable staff.and the exploration of this paper is expected to be able to provide solving methods to the enterprises which have the same dilemma.
