Research On Management Innovation Of Management Teams In Rural Cooperative Banks Of Lijiang River

With the rapid development of commercial banks in our country, the competition between them is becoming increasingly fierce. However, being both late starters and with narrow oriented-customers, how Rural Commercial Banks can deal with the competitive environment has become the focus in academic circles. Most of the time, managers, marketers or some certain kinds of staffs working in banks are studied to figure out the management they are offered by banks. But, as a matter of fact, the operating activities of banks are usually accomplished by teamwork, which means that neither management team nor marketing team is capable of fulfilling the task independently. Based on the angle of creating management team, this paper, with management team which completes business affairs for the study, will go deep into the innovative management of management teams in Rural Commercial Banks.By cataloguing researches on management of management teams in commercial banks at home and abroad, this paper has not only proposed the necessity of study on management innovation of management teams in Rural Cooperative banks, but also has used this as a basis for analyzing the current situation of the existing management teams in Rural Cooperative Banks of Lijiang River. According to this, it has analyzed the underlying problems, discussed the reasons for those problems from aspects of organizational structure, organizational division, organizational framework synergy and performance management, and thus made further proposals on creating new management teams, changing operation pattern and propelling institutional innovation. Simultaneously, it has also put forward some safeguards on establishing and bettering the organizational supporting system, Enterprise Culture, supporting system of Human Recourses.
