Micro-blog as an open platform for the media, is attracting more and more personal users and enterprise users to enter in a variety of ways. To the powerful diversion effect of e-commerce sites, also makes the B2C e-commerce sites began to become more and more attention to micro-blog platform marketing function. Unlike traditional media platform, micro-blog platform presents the characteristic of the propagation characteristics.And how to use the micro-blog platform to spread characteristics and propagation law service in the enterprise business promotion and public image requirements, should be a B2C class electric power business enterprise to carry out the emphasis of the micro-blog marketing activities. Therefore, based on the communication perspective, studied the media attribute of the micro-blog platform, preached by the relationship, content production and information flow mechanism, the present electronic commerce development present situation as well as the "web2.0" era put forward new requirements for business information and other basic reality. And on this basis, combining with related electronic commerce marketing theory, put forward the micro-blog platform in business promotion and corporate image building of possibility and specific strategies.
