With the growing popularity rate of Internet, the number of Internet users in China isincreasing quickly. The rapid development of online shopping shows that, onlineshopping owns huge development potential in China and which has become a newshopping style of Chinese. At the same time, commodity distribution still exist manyproblems after the online shopping, such as high distribution cost, low distributionspeed and efficiency, poor quality and so on,which restrict the development speed ofelectronic commerce. On the existing online shopping distribution model now, self-conducting logistics distribution model faces the situation of bigger initial investmentscale and longer capital recovery cycle, which limits its application. Nevertheless, takethe third party logistics distribution mode is conducive to reduce the investment in fixedassets and focus on the development of core business. Thus that distribution mode in thecurrent application occupy the vast majority. To solve the existing problems in theonline shopping delivery, a considerable part of the energy will be transferred to thethird party logistics. Therefore, in the process of logistics outsourcing, study on thereasonable selection of the third party logistics has an important significance.This paper first summarizes the research field on domestic and international theory,including the theory of logistics distribution and mode of online shopping, onlineshopping benefits, online shopping satisfaction, and carries on the description anddefinition of the concept may be involved in online shopping logistics.Secondly, take a detailed analysis about the characteristics of the online shopping andits existing problems, to provide theoretical basis for the solutions of he next chapter.Thirdly, given the situation that goods intact rate is under100%, higher distributioncosts, weaker distribution limitation and poor distribution convenience and etc, whichexists in online shopping distribution, through the establishment of AHP model to selectthe third party logistics supplier, and put forward the management measures on the thirdparty logistics selected.Finally, take JD Mall for example, analyze its distribution actuality and distributionmode, to find out the existing problems of the distribution link, and puts forward somesuggestions to solve the existing problems, meanwhile, take an analysis that the benefit JD Mall will bring for the enterprise, consumer, social after the application of thesolution.
