In recent years,with the increasing popularity of the PC and mobile terminals network,online shopping scale continues to refresh the record,express parcel volume appears blowout growth,which has brought new opportunities for the express industry.However,with the deterioration of city traffic and environmental conditions,the local governments have introduced a series of vehicle limit policy.The vicious competition among express enterprises cause that the profit margins are constantly being compressed,meanwhile,the online shopping customers' orders appear the features of multi species and small batch,and their demand for timeliness of distribution service is more and more strict,which forces the express companies to have to carry out multi frequency and small batch delivery,so,they are facing unprecedented challenges.At present,express companies lack of cooperation and carry out distribution activities independently in the city distribution process.Under independent distribution model,enterprise resources can't be fully utilized,unreasonable distribution phenomenon is prominent,and the disadvantages of high distribution cost and low service level are exposed increasingly,urban distribution has become the bottleneck of online shopping.Therefore,it is particularly important to reduce the city delivery costs and enhance customer service quality through the joint distribution model for the express delivery industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes city distribution situation of online shopping logistics,discovers the unreasonable problem existing in city distribution process under independent distribution model,to solve the problem,think about the way of sharing vehicles and network resources among express enterprises to implement joint distribution,and choose the city joint distribution pattern of online shopping logistics based station shared.Then,for the vehicle rout optimization problem based transfer station sharing,starting with the basic model,this article summarizes basic mathematical model of single vehicle routing problem and double layer vehicle routing problem,then combining the status of the problem and considering customer's time window problem,establish a double path optimization model of urban joint distribution with transfer stations shared,and according to the characteristics of the model,combining with the advantages and disadvantages of the saving algorithm and genetic algorithm,designs a hybrid heuristic algorithm to solve the model on the basis of ‘first initial path generation and further route depth optimization.Finally,sets Chongqing postal express logistics company and Yunda express' distribution network in Nan'an district of Chongqing as an example,optimizes distribution paths for two enterprises based on sharing transfer stations,and compares the results before and after optimization to analyze the application effect of the model.Meanwhile,compares this paper's algorithm with the standard genetic algorithm to analyze the performance of this paper's algorithm.
