In recent years, the markets have enjoyed unprecedented development opportunities in the construction industry, the rapid development and construction share of value added in GDP also increased year by year, but profit margins still obviously on the low side in comparison with other industries. Traditional production management model in the construction industry and construction mode is no longer suitable for this stage of development, construction enterprises need a new model of development to improve the performance of the enterprise. The implementation of supply chain cooperation model in the construction industry in the1990of the20th century, at present in China’s construction market has been formed by the general contractor, professional subcontractors, labor subcontractors make up the total package of cooperative production mode. However, how to establish a long-term and stable relationship of supply chain partners has become one of the important factors affecting the construction industry supply chain performance, and how scientific the fitting choice of subcontractors will become the implementation of supply chain management in construction enterprise, improving the operating performance of an important subject.This research based on the construction of the general contractor and subcontractor as the research object. Using the value chain theory, transaction cost theory and business outsourcing theory discusses the construction general contractor and subcontractor forms a partnership with the internal reasons. General contractor perspective, this paper discusses the feasibility of the construction supply chain management and feasibility, and established a cooperative partner selection process model of the subcontractor.This paper mainly studies the partner the subcontractor’s evaluation and selection problem. The entropy weight method and PROMETHEE method combined with the technology and methods in the general contractor. Construction as the core of supply chain partner selection model and the subcontractor assessment index systemThrough the analysis of the existing method of partner selection, subcontractors made combined-PROMETHEE method based on entropy evaluation model, our predecessors in the subcontractors selected on the basis of research results to build a supply chain partner evaluation index system of subcontractors.
