The food industry is the industry of human life, the most important industry. The relationship between food production and to the stability and development of the state and society, related to the safety and health of people’s lives. With the growth of the scale of the food industry in China, a number of major food safety incidents occur more frequently, causing great losses to people’s lives and property. This indicates that China’s food safety regulators are still some problems, we need to attract enough attention, and propose feasible measures to improve the situation.Our current food safety regulatory mechanism as the object of study, analysis of the problems in China’s food safety supervision.
