As society develops,we have entered the era of “big data”.With the integration of datamation and urbanization,the development of "smart city" is constantly promoted.With the advancement of science and technology,food safety also faces some new challenges.For example,in recent years,the dynamic,complicated and intelligent characteristics of illegal behaviors are becoming more and more obvious,concealed,clever,high-tech illegal behavior is increasing.The party's nineteenth convention proposed: The new round of government agency reform should use big data,Internet and other high-tech means,this also points the way for our innovative regulatory ideas and changes in the way of regulation.In the development of smart cities,it is very important to comprehensively improve the level of food public safety and build the characteristic "intelligent supervision" system.2018,the second five-year plan for Quzhou food safety "smart supervision" was launched.This text is in the context of smart city construction,in the case of the food safety wisdom supervision of Quzhou Zhejiang province,use case method,investigation method,quantitative analysis and other research methods.Roundly analyze its characteristics,specific practices and results.At present,there are still problems such as the slower overall promotion,the imperfect system mechanism,the unbalanced development and the quality of the supervision personnel,etc.This paper propose we should create a "three in one" mode,improve team quality,form a "six integrated" intelligent supervision system,etc,and hopes to provide some references for the construction of Quzhou food safety guarantee system.
