Ning Xia Guangze Insurance Agency Ltd. is a small, professional insurance agency. By studying their marketing strategies to improve it’s market competitiveness.This paper introduces the situation and development of domestic insurance intermediary industry at first, and describe the characteristics of the Ningxia’s insurance intermediary market. Basing on Guang ze company current marketing situation, analyst it’s main problems. Using managing tools, such as SWOT analysis the company’s internal and external environment, to identify opportunities and threats facing the company, and find the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Analyst the main problems of marketing process by combining with the company’s current performance, marketing etc..Basing on the results of SWOT conclusion, Paper use Potter five strength competition model to determine the direction of the company’s marketing strategy, by the characteristics of the company and product, subdivide the insurance intermediary market in Ningxia and find the company’s target markets. Improve the company’s marketing strategy by using7Ps marketing Mixture.
