| Social and economic activities need to be carried at a certain space, it is not only the change of economy of industry structure, but also inevitable economic space structure changes during economic developing. Urban economics, regional economics and spatial economics development indicates that human’s economic activities in the space level differentiation leads the state and form of the spatial structure of economic activity to complicated, therefore, the economic spatial structure has become one of the important factors that affect the regional economic development, and to study the evolution process has great significance to the development of regional economy.Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area is one of the poverty concentrated area in our country, is located in the southern region of farming herd crisscross, ecologically fragile, the economic development level and rate is low. With the new round of west development, studying the evolution of economic spatial structure of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area, seeking the optimization approaches of economic, have important significances for regional anti-poverty and coordination development.With Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area as the research object, economic geography related theory as the research foundation, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis, study the spatial structure evolution of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area economic system. Combining with the study area type of development priority zones, proposed the diversity of regional optimization approach. Main research contents are as follows:(1) By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, based on the6counties of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area (Yuanzhou state, Xiji county, Longde county, Jingyuan county, Pengyang county and Haiyuan county) region per capita GDP growth rate and per capita net income of farmers growth rate during1991to2010, study the change process of regional economy spatial structure, and summarizes its basic characteristics. According to Lu Dadao and An HuSen’s regional economic space structure evolution theory, work out that, during1991to2010, Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area has been transferred from low level equilibrium stage to the core-periphery stage. In this period, during a larger regional economy growth, the regional economic space structure has been certain core-periphery form.(2) By ESDA (exploratory spatial data analysis) analysis on the GDP per capita of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area of20years from1991to2010, that the spatial structure evolution of regional internal economy level is different. Yuanzhou state is the highest level, with a state of steady progress in the whole process of economic development. With Yuanzhou state’s economic radiation, Xiji county, Longde county, Jingyuan county, Pengyang county and Haiyuan county, their economic development level has increased, presents the stable state in their economic space distribution, and have the trend that gradually narrow the gap of each county economic development level. Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area economic space structure has the characteristics of point-axis model, and its economic spatial structure evolution model is point-axis.(3) I put forward difference regional economic space structure optimization approach to6counties of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area, based on the economic spatial structure evolution characteristics of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area and driving force of evolution features, combined with our development priority zones. Yuanzhou State at the core of distributed in Liupan Mountain Area should improve their level of economic development with advantage of resources agglomeration, to expand its influence to surrounding areas, and ensure our leading the regional common development. Radiative zone (Xiji county, Longde county, Jingyuan county, Pengyang county and Haiyuan county) during regional economic space structure evolution process, should be to reduce the regional gaps, especially gaps between economic development and improve the local ecological environment for the development of the point.In general, the economic spatial structure evolution of Ningxia Liupan Mountain Area, explore its regional optimization approaches, for the improvement of regional economy as a whole as well as narrowing the regional gap and is of important value. |
