| Industrial cluster is an efficient strategy for regional development. It has so strong advantages that it improves the competition ability and it is a great guarantee for regional sustainable-development. Although the industrial cluster's power, it is not omnipotent, many conditional facts limit the sustainable development of industrial cluster. This paper advises that innovation is the most efficient way of realizing the sustainable development of industrial cluster and keeping strong competed ability for region. The innovation includes two facets: one is innovation for professional technique; the other is innovation for mode of running and producing. This paper chooses the second type of innovation through industrial ecology, we can use Eco-industrial Park to reform the original lining-quantity development in cluster, substitute it for circling production, therefore reduce the bad effect on environment to a maximum extent and suggest a substantial strategy for the sustainable development of industrial cluster. In front of the difficulties of implementing Eco-industrial Park, we should take necessary actions to rebuild the Eco-industrial Park, especially including the government to play the proper role in the development of Eco- industrial Park. |
