The governance of human resource in construction projects is a very importantpart, and the governance of human resources is the key problem in constructionengineering project management, and sometimes even decide the success or failure ofa construction project. At current, construction enterprises in China arelabor-intensive to knowledge-intensive management enterprises in transition. Butmost construction enterprises on the whole are still labor intensive enterprises, theconstruction industry has become the main industry to attract migrant workers.Construction practitioners on the total number of employees more than80%inZhongRen construction company. Many enterprises human resources managementdepth and degree of precision is obviously enhanced. n the current constructionmarket and fierce competition under artificial costs continued to rise situation,Withthe Guangdong people group limited project construction general contracting businessgrowth, project human resources configuration and the initiative is also moreprominent after2009year.First, This paper first introduces the research background, literature at home andabroad, and allocation of human resources of project contract governance based onare Introduced.Second, focus on the people construction company in project humanresources configuration problems are investigated and analyzed, and the ZhongRenconstruction company in the group project high asset specificity of human capital andlow asset specificity of human capital management mode were discussed.
