Though there are a lot of merger cases, most of which are failure. Many academicians found that the integration after enterprise merging determines the enterprises merger success. And among all the factors affecting the integration of enterprises merger, the integration of human resources does the most important job.According to the materials we can find, there are only some general studies but the studies about the integration mode of human resources.After some analysis, we found the degree of human resources complementarity and the degree of culture conflict are two major factors affecting the integration of human resources. According to these two factors, we got four different integration cases. Then we got four different integration modes that are the total absorbing mode, the selected amalgamation mode, the selected embedded mode and the total disintegration mode. These four modes are fit for different circumstance faced by each merger company. This study can solve the problem of validity for the merger company.
