This paper reviews the research progress of lean management theory, analyzesthe theoretical study of airport management status and future trends, a briefintroduction of lean management theory produce the theoretical background andpractical backgrounds, from the practical and theoretical aspects of lean managementtheory elaborated connotation. Lean management theory comes from the automotiveindustry production management practices, after summarizing and refining companiescontrol costs become effective theory. Price competition in a market dominatedcompetitive environment, cost control is one of the key corporate governance,corporate profits depends mainly on the level of cost of doing business, so companieslean management is the only way to develop.Because airport management and manufacturing enterprise content managementis different, so lean management theory will migrate to services, how specific qualitymanagement based, supplemented by airport security management lean managementis the starting point of this article attempts to innovation. Shenzhen Bao’anInternational Airport by reviewing the development process and the status quo, fromthe airport internal management, external market environment and industrydevelopment in these three areas analyzed Baoan International Airport necessity oflean management, from corporate governance, financial condition and locationadvantages to analyze the airport feasibility of lean management. From the necessityand feasibility of a comprehensive analysis of two aspects of lean management on theapplicability of Baoan International Airport, airport lean management discussed thefocal point and the point of departure.Lean management theory combined inherent requirement and Shenzhen BaoanInternational Airport reality, this paper proposes the airport lean managementpractices and principles guiding ideology, focusing on the airport of lean managementprocess of the key factors, summed up the implementation of Lean Airportmanagement of the major initiatives. Management process is the information transferprocess, and transmit this information includes not only the transmission ofinformation between internal departments, also including the airport and thetransmission of information between consumers, so the airport can not only improvethe management of information technology within the airport management efficiency, but also can improve service accessibility, increased business volume. Leanmanagement is to optimize the management and production systems, thereby savingcosts, to achieve lean airport management, design management and production fromthe inevitable link on the start, which is consistent with the original purpose of systemmanagement, but due to the complexity of the airport business need to be safetymanagement system, quality management system, environmental management systemand occupational health management system combines Airport Status organicallylinked, building an integrated management system; lean management in order to meetthe requirements, proposed the implementation of the main measures of leanmanagement.
