Research On Quality Management In Development Process Of Integrated Supervision And Management System Of Information Operation And Maintenance

With the Smart Grid construction and SG-ERP development,the production,operation and management of State Grid Corporation of China are increasingly dependent on information systems,while IT system integration will be higher,security requirements will be further improved.State Grid Corporation has completed the construction of the integrated operation and maintenance of internal network information management system,and it further strengthens the operation of the units and the application of technical support means.In order to meet the information system with continuous safe and effective operation,daily operation and maintenance management and information needs of the construction of information network system in transportation system,we need to exp lore extranet information management system based on the construction of the system in intranet.This system was constructed by R Company.It has successfully developed a network integrated monitoring system which can achieve the real-time and online monitoring of the important IT equipment in extranet system and the real-time monitoring of the operation and application in business system.So it can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of information systems and ensure the secure and steady operation of information systems.This paper is based on modern IT project quality process management method,and takes the construction project of the national Power Grid Corp external network information operation and maintenance comprehensive supervision system which was constructed by R company as a case,combined with the scale of the project,the actual situation and characteristics of project quality management,the application of project quality management in IT project construction are systematically analyzed and studied.This paper first introduces the basic theory of modern IT project management and the system,principles and process of IT project quality management.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity,target and scope of the system construction project,and studies the content,management process and method of the quality management activity in each stage of the project construction process.Finally,the paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to establish the quality management mode l according to the content and characteristics of different stages of the project,and evaluates the development process of the system.The quality of customer experience is added to the evaluation index system,and the quality of product can be evaluated from the user's point of view,so that the evaluation is more solid.The evaluation results can be seen that the quality management of the product development process is effective,and ensure that the products meet customer expectations,which is similar to the construction of the IT project in particular can provide reference experience in project quality management.
