Accompany with the fast development of the industrialization and city turns progress,the antinomy that Tacheng Region’s village labor force supply is more than the demanding inagriculture is increasingly convexing now. In addition to, Tacheng Region has been restrictedby natural resources and geographic location for long time. It leads to the slow developmentof economy. The enterprise that can absorb obtain employment is less, and the employmentrate is very low. Especially in recent years, because the further expanding of reform strength,many state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises are bankrupting, accompany with lotsof Laid-off and unemployed workers flowing to the Tacheng Region. At the same time, becauseof lacking the professional skills, more and more high school graduates can’t be employed.Employment situation is becoming more and more serious.For the sake of the assurance of Tacheng Region’s economic society’s stabilizingdevelopment healthily, carrying out the Tacheng Region’s village surplus labor force andtransferring an employment already certainly is going necessarily and urgent.
