The surplus labor force transferring from countryside to city when our country entered into an industrial society is a social phenomona. It is the exhibition of the fast development in economy. With the development of urbanization and internationalization,the requirement of vocational technology to the surplus labor force in rural areas is increasing by the market. Therefore,the implementation is imperative. Effective training of rural surplus labor force is foundation of improving labor's quality, realizing effective transform in success and sustained development.The writer investigated the current training of surplus labor force of countryside and found the need of training in the surplus labor force in countryside quite surpasses the supply by the society.In this article, firstly the author investigated the training status of surplus labor force transfer in Jilin Province, and analyzed the problems that already exists. Then the author brought forward the training program of rural surplus labor force transfer in Jilin Province based on diversification.
