Cotton is an important crop and cash crops, our country is both a major cotton producing countries, is theworld’s largest cotton consumer. Xinjiang cotton to meet the demand of domestic raw cotton, increasefarmers’ income, stability of Xinjiang’s economic and other aspects play a significant role. The cottonindustry has become one of the leading industries of national economic development in Xinjiang, and showa strong industrial and economic advantages for the protection of the the National Cotton security andpromote the development of the domestic textile industry has made a significant contribution in promotingnational economic development and agriculture in Xinjiang yield, played an important role in increasingfarmers’ income. In order to play a more leading role of the cotton industry continue to the nationaleconomy of Xinjiang, the need is to understand the economic behavior of the farmers. Therefore, at thisstage, to study the farmers agricultural investment behavior, the significance of the to play farmers MicroInput potential and advantages, promote the sustained and stable growth in agriculture.In this study, based on farmers behavior theory, the assumption that farmers are rational economicman-made, analysis of various factors that affect farmers production inputs. Descriptive analysis based on219survey data, and the factors that affect the Bole farmers production inputs further come the problemsand shortcomings of the local cotton farmers in cotton production process; interpersonal In this paper,through the introduction of cotton farmers, farmers expected and other hidden variables, multipleregression model of factors affect the Bole area farmers cotton production inputs empirical analysis,eventually identified eight factors significantly affect the cotton farmers in cotton production inputs.Bole, Xinjiang as an example, the survey of the main cotton-producing regions of the Bole area240teafarmers,219were returned, of which219valid questionnaires, measured by the SPSS empirical analysis,the following conclusions: the head of household gender, educational level, was positively correlatedfactors and farmers of the cotton acreage in cotton proportion of total revenue, and farmers expectedoperating inputs; interpersonal factors between farmers put into negative correlation with the business ofthe farmers. And accordingly this article from the national policy, local government and farmers themselvesthree different levels to strive to improve the the farmers income level and to promote the the Xinjiangcotton industry, the rapid and stable development of the suggestions, namely: countries continue toimplement the policy of subsidies, price stability, and full implementation of the preferential cottoninsurance; increase cotton infrastructure construction investment, reasonable arrangements for cottonproduction, optimizing the layout and further strengthen market supervision and cotton purchasing andstorage system; improve the overall quality of local farmers, strengthen rural farmers related training andenhance the level of technical expertise.
