Analysis On The Willingness To Exit Farmers' Homestead And Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,with the development of urbanization and new rural construction,land has become an issue of increasing concern.Especially in the rural areas,the rural population has migrated to urban life in large numbers in pursuit of a better living environment and employment conditions,resulting in a shortage of urban construction land and a decline in the utilization rate of rural housing sites,such as “one home,multiple houses” and “old houses”.Problems such as idleness;some remote villages also have the phenomenon of “hollow villages”,resulting in an increase in the per capita housing area.These problems directly affect the rational use of land.Therefore,rational use of rural land and mitigation of urban land demand requires the government to play a leading role and take measures to centrally plan and organize the problems in rural housing sites.The main subject of the exit of the homestead is the farmer.In addition,the complexity of the exit will lead to the consideration of various factors in the implementation of the exit work.Therefore,it is necessary to set up different exit plans according to different geographical features,not only responding to the intensive use of national land.It is also conducive to the further development of urban and rural integration,and accelerate the goal of all people entering a well-off society.This paper mainly studies the residents of rural residential land in Zhucheng City of Shandong Province as the research object,analyzes the current regional situation of Zhucheng City and the status quo of the exit of the residential land,investigates the problems existing in the rural residential land in the current city,and attempts to analyze the factors.There is an impact on the exit of the homestead.In the aspect of empirical analysis,through interviews to understand the factors affecting farmers' exit from the homestead,and to study the actual ideas of farmers in the cities,design questionnaires,use the survey time to issue 225 questionnaires,recover 208 copies,and use SPSS regression analysis software to establish Based on the analysis of binary logistic regression model,it is concluded that the significant factors affecting the exit of the farmers in the urban areas include the education level,the annual income of the family,the use of the house site,whether to buy a house in the town,reasonable price compensation standards and after exit.The housing security is expected.In view of the relevant significant influencing factors,combined with the actual ideas of localfarmers,the author finally proposes relevant aspects from five aspects: respecting farmers and guaranteeing the right to know,compensation standards for farmers,urban housing security system,environmental protection of new resettlement communities and social security functions.
