The Research On Industrial Injury Prevention Mechanism Of China’s Migrant Workers

However, there exist many problems in system formed at the beginning,Migrant workers as the main body of our injured group, injury prevention needs not to be satisfied, how to improve China’s migrant workers industrial injury prevention mechanism become the starting point of this study.This paper firstly defines the concept of work-related injury,"three-in-one" industrial injury insurance system, industrial injury prevention mechanism and migrant workers. Based on the "safe Pyramid" rule, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and justice theory, find that it is important to improve migrant workers industrial injury prevention mechanism. Secondly, a comprehensive grasp of the development process of China’s industrial injury insurance system and the industrial injury prevention mechanism on the basis of literature research. At last strengthen government responsibility, Improve the industrial injury prevention legislation mechanism, economic mechanism and management mechanism. Companies fulfill their social responsibility, consciously safeguard worker’s safety and health, public participate in, so that government and all the companies and people can participation in work injury prevention system.
