Study On Improvement Of Migrant Workers' Work Injury Insurance In Dantu District Of Zhenjiang City

The implementation of work-related injury insurance is conducive to solving the worries between the injured employees and their families,effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the employees,handling the accidents,quickly resuming production,maintaining the order of normal production and life,maintaining social stability,reflecting the respect of the state and Society for the employees,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the employees,and building a harmonious society.At present,the implementation of the work-related injury insurance for migrant workers is not ideal,which leads to the fact that the work-related injury insurance for migrant workers is only "beautiful to look at",and there are not many people who really benefit from it,which has produced certain hidden dangers.Therefore,in the new era,it is necessary for the government to actively and effectively promote the implementation of industrial injury insurance for migrant workers,give full play to the role of "small insurance types and big actions",promote the full coverage of industrial injury insurance for migrant workers,effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers,and strengthen research.This paper takes Dantu District of Zhenjiang City as an example.On the basis of consulting and combing the relevant research literature,this paper adopts the method of sampling survey to conduct field investigation on the implementation status of migrant workers' work-related injury insurance in Dantu District.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of migrant workers' work-related injury insurance by using the theory of information asymmetry,the theory of responsible government,the theory of social security and other relevant theories.It also analyzes the current situation of the implementation process of migrant workers' work-related injury insurance in Dantu District,which still has a slow development,incomplete coverage,low awareness of migrant workers' work-related injury insurance,low enthusiasm to participate in the work-related injury insurance,and business management services The government can not effectively play the protective role of work-related injury insurance on migrant workers and the compensation is not timely.On the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of industrial injury insurance at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:Construction of the insurance framework for flexible employment of migrant workers;Improve the relevant policies of migrant workers' industrial injury insurance;Increase the propaganda of industrial injury insurance and encourage the effective demand of industrial injury insurance;Clarify the responsibilities of supervision subjects;Promote the full coverage of migrant workers' industrial injury insurance;Increase financial subsidies and improve work of prevention,rehabilitation and compensation for work-related injuries increase financial subsidies;Improve the management and service level,and improve the satisfaction of migrant workers to work injury insurance;Taking various measures to prevent moral hazard and adverse selection.To effectively promote the implementation of industrial injury insurance for migrant workers in Dantu District.
