International trade is one of the most important elements of a country to promote economic growth, and the production of all goods and services in an economic system (including international trade) are associated with energy consumption directly or indirectly. In this paper, the energy was first treated as one kind of inputs in the production process to verify that how much the China’s trade relyed on energy, then input-output model was uesed to calculate the energy consumption of redrawing29departments.With these empirical supports,we come to conclusions that China’s trade structure features and changes are not in line with the sustainable development of tow-power requirements. On this basis, the theoretical extension of the optimization problem is extended to the optimization of industrial structure and FDI structure, the mechanism and importance of optimizating these two strctures to strong trade is elaborated; in turn, the reason why industrial structure optimization and FDI structure optimization are essencial for trade structure is explained from the low-power perspective. This paper argues that the optimization of industrial structure towards a country to adjust its endowment structure, gives full play to comparative advantages, enhances the quality of the trade. What’s more, the optimization of FDI structure enables a state to form a reasonable technical structure, continues to promote the improvement of industrial structure and trade structure. Finally,we find out the path of industrial structure optimization and FDI structure optimization from a low-energy pespective and simulate the change of nergy consumption with optimization of trade structure to verify the arguments of this article.
