This article made a research on the relationship between Beijing's Structural Changes in Foreign Trade and Industry from the perspective of commodity and services trade, focuses on the relationship between commodity trade and services trade structural changes, and the ways and mechanisms of interaction. The thesis was mainly separated into three sections: the first section is the theory and literature review. By reviewing the theoretical research of commodity trade, service trade and tertiary industries, the first part provides an overview of the relevant literature, and systematically analyzes the mechanism of interaction, gives a theoretical preparation for the relationship study. The second section is the main body of the article. First, the thesis studied the Evolution of commodity trade and services trade structure and industrial structure, and the contradictions between them. Secondly, by the establishment of a reasonable measure index system, the cointegration theory and the error-correction model, the thesis analyzes the long-term stability relations and the short-term dynamic relation between Beijing's commodity and services trade structure and industrial structure, and the causal connection by the Granger causality tests. Thirdly, the paper gave a an empirical analysis of the impact of Beijing's commodity and services trade structure on the industrial structure changes, as well as the impact of the industrial structure on commodity and services trade structure changes. In the end, the paper provides the policy recommendations of coordinated development. The third section lists all the conclusions. This section sums up the final accounts and the further study orientation.Via the empirical analysis, the final conclusions are stated below: (1) The relationship between structural changes of tertiary industries and export and import is a long-run stable relationship. Beijing's structural changes of import can explain the structural changes of industry by Granger Test. The industrial structural changes are the Granger causality of the structural changes of export. (2) There is a significant positive correlation between the import and export of commodity trade and the proportion of second and tertiary industries, and no significant positive correlation with the proportion of primary industry. There is a significant positive correlation between the import and export of service trade and the proportion of tertiary industry, and no significant positive correlation with the proportion of the first and second industry. (3) The proportion of primary industry and the import and export of commodity trade have a negative correlation, and no correlation with the import and export of service trade. There is a positive correlation between the proportion of second industry and the import and export of commodity trade, and a negative correlation with the import and export of service trade. The proportion of primary industry and the import and export of commodity trade have a negative correlation, and a positive correlation with the import and export of service trade. In the end, the theis presents the following some policy suggestions: (1) In order to promote the positive interaction and optimization between the commodity trade, service trade structure and industrial structure, optimize Beijing's economical system and set up a smooth conduction mechanism between export division and Beijing's domestic economy; (2) Conduct optimization of export structure in order to improve the impact of the export of goods and service trade on industrial structure; (3) Conduct optimization of import structure in order to improve the impact of the import of goods and service trade on industrial structure; (4) Conduct optimization of industrial structure in order to make the positive the import and export's interaction perfect.
