Research by combing the trade structure and industrial structure has a Positive activity to the development of the trade and industrial.In this paper, I analysis the relationship between the evolution of foreign trade structure and the industrial structure, The development of industrial structure and the foreign trade structure by empirical research and normative research method. In particular, this article firstly discusses the significance of the study research ideas and frameworks and the literature about the relationship between foreign trade structure and industrial structure at home and abroad. Secondly, introduce status and main characteristics of Jiangsu's foreign trade structure and industrial structure again, using empirical analysis as a tool, From a static perspective, on the one hand from the export and import structure of foreign trade commodity structure study on the development impact of the industrial structure in Jiangsu Province.
