This topic uses the method of modern enterprise management theory research on thestrategic management of SCC, the company’s current business level strategic planning.Research object is the one in the industry production and processing static control wristband as the main business of private small miniature enterprise–SCC. The static control andclean technology industry competition pattern is facing structural adjustment, each enterprisewithin the industry provides opportunities for development, also make its survival threat. SCCcompany since founded in2004, and always carry on OEM (OEM) production managementmode, has not obtained the development of the breakthrough, but to survive periods of lowbenefit edge, if continue to follow the past management patterns, I’m afraid even survival isdifficult in the future. Therefore, the study of SCC company own the future developmentdirection has a decisive role, but also for the domestic numerous private small microenterprises to provide some reference of strategic thinking.In the static control and clean technology industry background, in this paper, on the onehand, by the application of enterprise strategic management theory and system methods, tools,on the other hand SCC company internal external detailed information collection and data, theSCC company’s external environment and internal resource conditions, in-depth investigationand analysis, has been clear about the company faces both opportunities and threats of theexternal environment, internal resources and ability on the advantages and disadvantages, andthe implications for business strategy. Strategic intention, and purpose, which in turndetermine the company unique positioning strategy, finally to tips and discusses the key linksin implementing strategy. In the entire research process, we pay special attention to enterprisestrategic management theory and tools on the SCC company such small miniature enterpriseflexible use.Through in-depth research, we believe that SCC company of static control and cleantechnology industry future development trend is good, there are a lot of opportunities, shouldcontinue to focus on the industry development;, however, the company should change thepresent for OEM contract manufacturing business model, get rid of the current of the low endof the competition strategy of group, in choosing a suitable target market under the premise ofdesign for the market with unique value curve of differentiated products and services,adjusted business activity in the value chain, explore innovation of business model, the uniquepositioning strategy to get the correct development direction. At the same time, the company should to adjust decision-making system and safeguard mechanism to adapt to the newbusiness strategic needs. Such a strategy is the current China’s many at the fringes of thesurvival of private small micro enterprises adapt to the environment, and advantage to obtainthe correct road to sustainable competitive advantage.
