In recent years, human resource is no longer like the past as a cost, but as one of aresource in the enterprises is more and more important.Incentives to become humanresources management and development of a important method can not be ignored. Ascompetition intensifies, human resources has become the core competitiveness.The equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,and lead the establishment and development of emerging industries. Because of theequipment manufacturing industry is a high technology and capital intensive industry. Onthe one hand,through the research on the incentive problem of human resources,enterprise can establish an effective incentive mechanism. Enterprises can attract andretain the talent. On the other hand, staff skills and talent advantage can get maximize.The research of the equipment manufacturing industry incentive question,has asimportant practical significance to promote the development of the equipmentmanufacturing industry. Although about incentive problem has many excellentachievements. Many theoretical incentive method cannot completely accords with thereality. Certain industries in particular environment has limitations. On the basis of thepredecessors, this paper designed a set of effective incentive method.
