The equipment manufacturing industry is a wholly definition of enterprises providing technical equipment for the national economy and security, whose development level and strength is the economic competition ability and synthesis strength of a nation and district, as well as the modernized grade and the overall function quality of national economy. As the "engine" industry of a country, whose human resource supplying has become the most important issue to weight whether the nation can be constructed into a powerful and prosperous country in equipment manufacturing industry? Along with the arrival of the knowledge economy, equipment manufacturing enterprise depends on the "talented person" even more seriously, and the motivation questions of human resource will become the most important question of this industry.The equipment manufacturing industry is different from other industries in both inner structure and outer environment. The paper analyzed the general industry developing level, the present situation and features of human resource and the questions of motivation aspect in the equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the domestic and foreign researches for reference, the article starts from the special details of high-level members and its team construction, and then it discusses the implementation and application about member motivation and team motivation in the equipment manufacturing industry under the specific circumstances of equipment manufacturing industry. The first important innovation in this paper is to analyze the different behaviors and demands of employees in different ranks, the paper reveals the intrinsic factors that affect employees' passions, then it provides effective measures to motivate employees and set up a specific motivation methods system and a mathematic model of fuzzy valuing for motivation. Secondly, the paper analyzes the influence of team in the equipment manufacturing industry and the establishment of team motivation system. It has certain practicalapplication value for propelling the development of equipment manufacturing industry in our country.From the theory and practice aspects, this paper discusses the motivation questions of human resource in the equipment manufacturing enterprise in our country, and puts forward that the establishment of motivation method need consider the member and team, and the synchronized development of member and team. It has pointed out the new thoughts for the development of equipment manufacturing industry in our country. The motivation method system proposed in this paper is significant for solving motivation questions of equipment manufacturing industry in our country.
