Research On The Scientific Development Of Dalian Country Economy

Based on the study on the theory of scientific development concept and countyeconomy, this paper illustrates the necessity of the scientific development for thecounty economy. While the measurement and evaluation of the scientific developmentof the county economy is through scientific county economic evaluation index system.This paper abides by the principles of science, feasibility and integrity, while drawingon the basis of the results of domestic scholars; building a county economic andscientific development evaluation index system that contains economic, the publiclivelihood, resource and environment. Based on the characteristics of Dalian countydevelopment, this paper makes use of the evaluation index system of county economyscientific development, combined with statistics survey of Dalian county economicand social development, using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the qualityand degree of the Dalian county economy from the aspects of economic development,people’s livelihood, and environment and resources protection. It identifies the weakpoints of the county of scientific development in Dalian and makes suggestions topromote the scientific development of the Dalian county economy and provides ascientific basis for economic and scientific development of Dalian county economy.The first part is the introduction, it mainly explains the purpose and significanceof this study, summarizes the existing domestic and international research literature,and states on the research idea, research contents and research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of this study. It mainly studies basic conceptsand theory of scientific development of county economy.The third part is about the study of evaluation index system of county economyscientific development and evaluation methods, including the index system ofbuilding principles, evaluation methods and evaluation system.On the basis of the above study, the fourth part makes statistical description andqualitative analysis of the level of scientific development of Dalian economy fromeconomy, people’s livelihood and resources and environment.The fifth part is the application of evaluation index system and AnalyticHierarchy Process in the third part. It makes analysis and evaluation of scientific development level of Dalian country economy.According to results of the evaluation of the scientific development of Daliancounty economy, Part VI promotes relevant suggestions, aiming at promoting thescientific development of the Dalian county economy.
