Research On Adaptability Evaluation Between Road Construction And Economy Development

On the base of summarizing the domestic and overseas current research situation of regional road network evaluation, this paper analyzes the reciprocity mechanism between regional road construction and economy development, makes the basic inner meaning and characteristic of adaptability clear between road construction and economy development including the economy factor to affect highway construction and how to promote economy development by economy development; and suggests the basic theory - Synergetics with which analyzes the adaptability of road construction and economic development. And analyze the Synergetics relation between road construction and economy development theoretically. On this foundation, establish the index system of adaptability appraisement, which concludes subsystem of road construction and economy development, and filtrates the indexes by the method of weight judging, and discusses the definite method of the standard value of evaluation indexes.Then, on the foundation that sums up the existed evaluation techniques and their characteristic, this paper puts forward the corresponding comprehensive evaluation technique of adaptability analysis-the DEA comprehensive evaluation technique and sums up it's advantage and limitation. In the course of establishing the adaptability evaluation model of road construction economy development, to reflect the preference for each index by decision maker, the paper suggested the DEA comprehensive evaluation technique with preference restraint, combining the subjective analysis and external analysis, then surmounts the shortcoming of impossible weight distribution in DEA evaluation course. Finally combining road construction and economic development of Jiangsu Province, this paper introduces the actual application of adaptability analysis theory.This paper not only establishes the adaptability evaluation index system preliminarily between highway construction and economy development, but also suggests the calculation method of adaptability using comprehensive DEA evaluation technique with preference restraint and taking significative degree as adaptability evaluation's measure.
