In2011, the income of Liaoning Unicorn’s bank customer is one of the highest customer industry, yearly communication income is as high as550000000yuan, accounting for Liaoning Unicom customer market share of more than25%.Since2012, with the banking market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the banks try various devices to compete for customers. How to promote the development of bank informationization standard construction is the bank industry development important directionLiaoning banking industry on the basis of this, combined with their own bank informatization development, is step by step to accelerate the banking information technology standard system construction and establishes a "customer-centric" financial products and service channel system.Since2010,3G business gradually spread, on one hand, the banking industry began to actively explore how to use the mobile products for its customers with value-added services means. On the other hand, since the beginning of2011, Liaoning Unicom Company to analyze the market of3G development environment according to the province of the area, industry resources, regional conditions and economic and social level.Liaoning Unicom Company hopes that in a new round of development of modern service industry trends, to integrate and innovate product, active services including banking and other industries and become a pioneer in the development of modern service industry.However, at present, Liaoning Unicom for banking industry customers’demand knows little. Liaoning Unicom lacks of marketing channels. The price competition makes Liaoning Unicom faces the enormous pressure. This paper aims to seek for case study. Apply market sale to learn medium theory, put forward Liaoning Unicom and banking market joint marketing, integrated marketing and relationship marketing three strategies.
