Leader-member exchange and psychological contract is the more important issue of corporate management, both of which affect their work attitude, motivation and job performance. This paper focuses on leadership-members of the exchange, the relationship between psychological contract and job performance, through empirical research examined the psychological contract Leader-Member Exchange and Work Performance mediating variables.Summary of the previous literature on the basis of the research of scholars at home and abroad, the article research framework, the preparation of the questionnaire, Taiyuan, Lvliang City staff conducted a questionnaire survey, valid sample242. This article uses SPSS17.0, reliability analysis, and for each scale’s internal consistency was explored; followed by regression analysis of the data for further analysis, the following conclusions: First, the leadership-members of the exchange and job performance is a significant positive correlation.:Affect, loyalty, contribution to the dimension of the three psychological contract has a significant positive prediction; leader-member exchange and job performance are positively correlated.:Emotion, loyalty and contribution dimensions for job performance significant and positive effects; professional respect dimensions of job performance prediction were not significant. Third, the psychological contract and job performance are positively correlated. Two dimensions of interpersonal responsibility and responsibility for development have significant positive effects on job performance; the normative responsibilities on job performance prediction were not significant. Fourth, the psychological contract between the leader-member exchange and job performance of the role of mediating variables.In this paper, the above studies, certain guiding significance for the day-to-day management of the enterprise, enterprises should strengthen the management of the psychological contract, the establishment of corporate culture and improve employee psychological contract and LMX level, in order to improve performance.
