Innovation is the necessary condition for the survival and development of enterprises,and it is also the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,enterprises pay more and more attention to employee innovation.Previous studies have shown that the relationship between leadership and employees,and the relationship between employee and employee all have impact on employee behavior,but there are still few studies to explore the mechanism of their effect on employee innovation performance.This study is basis on the social exchange theory and social comparison theory,and it regards members' innovation performance as the research object,researching the effect of team member exchange(leader member exchange)on innovation performance,the mediating effect of self efficacy on the relationship above all,and the moderating effect of team member exchange differentiation on the relationship between team member exchange and self efficacy.In this study,we use empirical research method,conducting a questionnaire survey in Zhangzhou,Fuzhou,Xiamen,Beijing and so on,and we use the software of SPSS and AMOS to analyze 404 questionnaires.The analysis includes: verification of each variable structure model,the effect of team member exchange(leader member exchange)on members' innovation performance,the mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating effect of team member exchange differentiation;the use of analytical methods includes: reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,multiple regression analysis and the structural equation model;finally draws the following conclusion:(1)Team member exchange has a positive impact on employee innovation performance.(2)Leader member exchange has a positive impact on employee innovation performance.(3)Self efficacy mediates the relationship between team member exchange and employee innovation performance.(4)Self efficacy mediates the relationship between leader member exchange and employee innovation performance.(5)TMX differentiation moderates the relationship between team member exchange and self efficacy,That is to say,the higher the degree of differentiation,the stronger the relationship between team member exchange and self efficacy.
