As an important factor in organization, leader behavior has big impacton subordinates performance, Leader Member Exchange (LMX) isbecoming more and more important topic in Organizational Psychology. How to improve enterprise competitive power by the task performancethrough LMX, such kind of research is very valuable to enterprisemanagement.Meanwhile, the quality of LMX will influence the organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB), as a kind of extra role employee behavior, OCBalso can improve the task performance of the subordinate, such kind ofbehavior should be encouraged. There have been some different perspectives in the academic field forLMX, OCB and task performance, but there have been few studies focusing on the relationships among LMX, OCB and task performance. Therefore thisstudy is to explore and test the relationship among LMX, OCB and taskperformance in the background of China, under the dynamic andcompetitive environment. This study is to provide some theoretical andempirical evidence for Chinese entrepreneur to promote enterprise efficency.Using the questionnaire to survey company employees in presentresearch, this study adopted a combination of different research methods(structural equation model, ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis andmultiple linear regression) to deeply and systematically demonstrate therelationship among LMX, OCB and task performance. By using differentkinds of statistical methods, this study got comprehensive conclusions. The main findings are as follows:(1) Based on the literature review and exploratory factor analysis, thisstudy tested four factor structure model of LMX, including affect, rolyatity, contribution and professional respect, and found 4 factor structure is wellproved, by usingAMOS, the 4 factor model is tested and proved .(2) Tested and proved one factor structure model of OCB by usingSPSS andAmos analysis.(3) Tested and proved one factor structure model of task performanceby using SPSS andAmos analysis. (4) By using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, wefound that the three factors (affect, rolyatity and contribution) of LMX hadsignificant positive effects on task performance and organizationalcitizenship behavior, while the professional respect had no significantpositive effect on them.(5) By using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, wefound that OCB had significant positive effect on task performance.(6) By using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, wefound that the OCB is a mediator between LMX and task performance, it isa full mediator between affect factor to task performance and loyalty factorto task performance, while it is a partial mediator between contributionfactor to task performance.
