This paper based on the theory of strategic management and study its development strategy through the combination of theory and practical. Use PEST law and five forces analysis model to analysis and research the opportunities and threats of the external environment and analysis its internal conditions to summarize up the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves, through the establishment of the SWOT model to get conclusion how enterprises should adopt a strategic combination, Secondly, according to the results of the above analysis, decided the strategic goal of the design and strategic portfolio choice.
