Rural private enterprises are faced with numerous challenges, how to make their business successful, how to develop healthy, and how to improve those enterprises’core competitiveness, are the issues which many experts and managers were studying. However, at present there are not too much studying cases for the strategic development of the rural private enterprises. For this reason, This paper intends to study strategic development research issues for the case of Lvyuan ecological organic fertilizer factory, Through in-depth analysis of the status of the planning and formulation of the factory’s strategic objectives, by using the way of literature act, the combination of theory and practice and case studies, the writer research and analysis the causes of the private factory strategic managements, and propose appropriate countermeasures to the problems encountered by the rural private enterprises in strategic management, The purpose is to improve the cohesion and market competitiveness of those rural private enterprises, help them get further development.Lvyuan ecological organic fertilizer factory is the township own enterprise which was created by farmers, it was founded in1995, and the factory was formally established in2003and build factories,"dung beetle" brand was registered in2006, the factory produced the mainly engaged in the safe handling and processing technology to produce chicken manure by Harmless treatment and processing technology. in the course of business, the factory faced a lot of problems, for example market positioning fuzzy, shortage of working capital, poor internal management, financial chaos, the low quality of the staff, as well as legitimate business awareness and poor, and today the factory is facing a dilemma suspend production or business. This paper based on the theory of strategic management and study its development strategy through the combination of theory and practical. Use PEST law and five forces analysis model to analysis and research the opportunities and threats of the external environment and analysis its internal conditions to summarize up the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves, through the establishment of the SWOT model to get conclusion how enterprises should adopt a strategic combination, Secondly, according to the results of the above analysis, decided the strategic goal of the design and strategic portfolio choice. Third, analysis the strategy which can be implemented for the Lvyuan ecological organic fertilizer factory to get conclusion and recommendations, should take full advantage of government policy, the opportunity which market gave and the advantage of its own core technologies to circumvent from external threats and disadvantage to solve financing problem, remains business strong, sustained corporate development of the rural private enterprises.
