The Study On Development Of Xia-Zhang-Quan Metropolitan Area Based On The Analysis Of Agglomeration Effects And Radiation Effects

Regional economic integration is to strengthen the power of inter-city cooperation and inter-regional competition and cooperation, it is in a stage of rapid development, the various administrative regional cooperation and development has gradually become the future trend of the regional development. Metropolitan area is the bearer of the regional cooperation and the growth pole of regional development, promoting the metropolitan area coordinated development and playing leading role of radiation is significant to enhance regional competitiveness and promote the development of regional integration. Xiamen, Zhang Zhou, Quan Zhou are three important cities, promoting Xia-Zhang-Quan metropolis development and playing the role of the metropolitan area in more space are very important to achieve Xia-Zhang-Quan integration and lead the Hai-xi development of urban agglomerations.This study used literature method, principal component analysis method, spatial autocorrelation method, qualitative, quantitative analysis of the combination and so on. Based on the analysis of the development of the status of Xia-Zhang-Quan metropolitan area, by analyzing the overall metropolitan area spatial aggregation as well as the leading role of radiation of cities and counties in the region to judge the Xia-Zhang-Quan regional spatial correlation and clustering effect and radiation effects. Then explore the overall vision, strategic objectives and strategic steps of Xia-Zhang-Quan metropolitan area.Firstly, analyze the development status of Xia-Zhang-Quan metropolitan area from the basis of Xia-Zhang-Quan regional cooperation, the spatial extent and pattern of the metropolitan area, the effectiveness of the construction of the metropolitan area, the development constraints of the metropolitan area and so on. It shows that, there is good basis for cooperation of Xia-Zhang-Quan regional, it has achieved tangible results, but will still face some challenges.Secondly, use of space since statistics to analysis the Xia-Zhang-Quan regional spatial correlation and clustering effect and radiation effects, the analysis shows that, Xia-Zhang-Quan metropolis exists gathering and showing the trend of regional imbalances overall the space. There are not only a positive growth pole which has a the forward leading role, excluding Xia men, Jin Jiang, Shi Shi, Nan an and Quan Zhou district, but also has a negative growth pole which has a negative leading role, excluding An Xi, Hua An, Nan Jing, Ping He, Yun Xiao, Zhao An, and Dong Shan district. And the "Matthew Effect" of Xia-Zhang-Quan metropolitan area is significant.Finally, To achieve the overall positioning of Xia-Zhang-Quan integration, the paper has proposed strategic focus from three levels which are elements, industry and region. It means achieving intra-regional elements of optimal allocation of resources, industrial integration in the region and promoting the coordinated development of Xia-Zhang-Quan. On the strategic steps of actual operation, the paper puts forward that it had better promote the integration with focal point in stages, that is giving priority to promoting Xia-Zhang integration, then promoting Xia-Quan integration and Zhang-Quan integration, ultimately achieving Xia-Zhang-Quan integration fully. At the same time, In the process of promoting Xia-Zhang-Quan integration, giving priority to the development of the junction of the region and the county city of the high-low and low-high gathering area.
