Fujian Province Small And Micro Private Enterprises Analysis Of Financing Supportive Policies

The private economy plays an irreplaceable role in enlivening markets，expandingemployment, increasing incomes and stabilizing society. Private economy in FujianProvince has been well-developed, with its increasing importance and the large number ofsmall and micro enterprises, whose survival and development have attracted more andmore attention. In order to develop, transform and upgrade the businesses, small andmicro private enterprises must expand and diversify through capital accumulation. Theyneed funds in small amounts, with high frequency and timeliness. The demands for fundsare varied during the different stages of their development. At present, their developmenthas encountered a "bottleneck" of financing difficulties, which has become the majorfactor restricting their development and seriously affecting the rapid development ofeconomy and society in Fujian province.In view of financing difficulties and in combination with the characteristic of smalland micro private enterprises in Fujian Province, this paper is intended to studysystematically their development and financing situations, with promoting theirdevelopment and improving supportive financing policies as the starting points. It makesan empirical analysis of supportive financing policies in Fujian Province and offersrespective suggestions.The paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which gives anoverview of research backgrounds, purposes and methods. The second chapter presentsrelevant definitions and theories, including definitions of small and micro privateenterprises, classification standards, enterprise development theory and financing theory.The third chapter analyzes the development and financing situations of small and microprivate enterprises in Fujian province. The fourth chapter gives an analysis of thesupportive financing situations and problems. The fifth chapter offers solutions tofinancing for small and micro private enterprises in Fujian province, including internalrestructuring, optimizing the existing supportive financing policies, establishing their ownpublic service platform, supporting financial service innovation and regulating the development of folk financing. The last chapter is the conclusion. On the basis ofstatistical data, empirical research and theories, the paper analyzes systematically theexisting financing situations and offers respective suggestions. The study providestheoretical and practical references for making financing policies applied to small andmicro private enterprises.
