Processing trade has been a more and more popular production model along withthe progress of economic globalization and the development of internationaloutsourcing. This new trade model greatly promoted the scale of international trade andincreased its influence to economy worldwide. In the process of international trade,China played a vital role as manufacturer. China manufacturing industry is switchingfrom the goal of being a “big country as manufacturer” to the goal as a “big country ofcreative production”. Technology and technology creativity to keep up with the timesmust be enforced so that manufacturing enterprises acquire sustainable corecompetency and achieve the goal of transformation and upgrading.This article takes ZJ Company as a case study. First of all, the paper elaboratesthat promoting technology and creativity strategy is inevitable choice for ZJ Companythrough the analysis of ZJ company business operation status and the problems inprocessing trade. Secondly, the paper stresses the significance of acquiring sustainablecompetence through technology creativity through case study and theory research.Third, provide rational suggestion regarding the implementation and maintenance oftechnology strategy for ZJ Company in order to guarantee its smooth implementation.
